The two-month Stage 2 Community Engagement was launched on 12 May 2014. At this stage of the Study, we would like to hear your valuable comments on Preliminary Outline Development Plan. Your views will be considered when preparing the Draft Recommended Outline Development Plan, and we would further engage the public at the next stage of Community Engagement.
